Newcoast Team Member joins International Superyacht Society Board

CLEARWATER, FL (February 23, 2023) – Laura Sherrod, Newcoast Director of Yacht Insurance, was appointed to the International Superyacht Society’s (ISS) Board of Directors.

Known as “The World’s Most Prestigious Superyacht Association” ISS was founded in 1989. Members of this organization represent the yachting industry worldwide. Through committees, events, educational opportunities, and business-to-business collaboration, ISS works collectively to both strengthen and grow the business interests of Society members while serving as a unified voice for issues affecting the yachting marketplace.

When asked about her appointment, Laura Sherrod commented, “I look forward to working with the organization to aid their mission in bringing yachting industries together to promote friendly associations among our members and encourage high standards of business practice.”
