Newcoast administers this Site from Florida, United States of America and this Site is only intended for viewing in the United States. All materials and information contained on this Site apply to the United States market only. All lawsuits arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the Federal or State courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purpose.
